Therapy Training
What is it?
The heart of Therapy Training is the understanding of how the body moves and functions. It involves multi levels of manual techniques as treatment for injuries involving muscles, joints, bone and soft tissue. It also addresses cases of circulatory, respiratory and neurological conditions, illness, and disease with specific exercises.
How does it work?
The role of Therapy Training is to provide analytical guidance, education and information for segmental movements of the body. Verbal cues and active manual direction of body segments are part of the format of each session. The client is active each session moving statically and/or dynamically.
Who is it for?
Any individual who would like to complement his/her therapy treatment with therapeutic training to maximize his/her potential movement and functionality.
