Elaine Lee
Elaine Lee is a Certified Personal Trainer, she has been in the field of fitness and health since 1978. Elaine’s educational philosophy is exploration of the mind & body. She teaches with creativity, all the while analyzing her client’s movement and breathing patterns to help each individual improve overall function.
Her teaching technique is a mixture of science and art – the yin and yang of exercise – of the body and the mind.
